Kristen Schada, Producer
10 is thrilled is be serving in the role of Assistant Director again with the KVMT!! Kristen is no stranger to the stage or theater, since she was first bitten by the theater bug over 15yrs ago. Her first show was on this very stage. Memorable roles include Marty in "Grease" & Reno in "Anything Goes." When not working her day job at her family business, Kristen can be found working with Harmony Theater, giving excellent car concerts on her morning commute, or hanging out with her super star pup Roxie.
Caroline Butcher, Choreographer
Caroline graduated from Eastern University in 2012 with a B.A. in Dance and a minor in Psychology. Currently she is a company member for Philadelphia based SHARP Dance Company and Dancefusion. She is an adjunct professor in Eastern University’s Dance Department, helping students foster a mind-body-spirit connection through the study of dance. When she is not teaching at Eastern she can be found sharing ballroom dance with fifth graders with Dancing Classrooms Philadelphia, and choreographing musicals at various schools throughout the greater Philadelphia area. She is passionate about sharing dance with dancers and movers alike, and has volunteered in Cochabamba, Bolivia and Montevideo, Uruguay teaching dance to local children.
Ed Conrad, Music Director
Ed has been involved in the area theater scene for over 35 years. He has worked with many community theater groups, including Jenkintown Music Theater, Willow Manor Players, Yardley Players, the Barn Playhouse, both as an actor and musical director, and has many years’ experience as a choral conductor, most recently as the director of the Abington Choral Club, where he held the position for 18 years.
Barry Dougherty, Artistic Director
Barry is thrilled to return to Keith Valley Music Theatre after the successful productions of "Grease: School Musical," "Lion King Jr." "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" and most recently "Cinderella." He graduated in 2000 with a BA in Theater, minor in English from Temple University. On Saturday mornings Barry can be found at Harmony Theater where he serves as Artistic Director since 2001. Based out of Church of the Messiah, Harmony is dedicated to giving theatrical experiences to adults with Developmental Disabilities. While his days are spent like any artist: struggling to keep his theatrical dreams alive and trying to pay the bills, he accomplishes this by working for “the man.”
Kelly Snyder, Assistant Director
Kelly has been involved with theater, on stage and behind the scenes, since third grade. She graduated high school from Hatboro-Horsham, where most of her theatrical experiences stem from. Her stage debut was the orphan Tessie in "Annie" however her favorite role was the Scarecrow in "The Wizard of Oz." Kelly is recently a stay at home mom, enjoying the best days of her life but doesn't let her education degree go to waste as she's always planning fun learning opportunities to enrich young minds.
